ALBANIAN LANGUAGE
Albanian language family is the group of languages and idioms spoken in the ancient region of Epirus, today entirely settled in the state of Albania in the Balkan area: it is part of the indoeuropeans language families (P.I.E.) and belongs to the group of Paleo-Balkan languages including the Danubians and Anatolic ancient ones.
Albanian has always been spoken by the Albanian people along the history of european integration: firstly attested in a public document of the Republic of Ragusa in 1284 AD, it is witten on left-to-right orizzontally with the Albanian Alphabet of 36 letters derived in XIV century AD from the Latin classic by a monk and archibischop of the French catholic church when writing offical letters to the Pope. Depending on the albanian diaspora, this language is spoken in several states of the world such as North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia (in the autonom region of Kosovo), Croazia, Romania and Italy, where is officially recognized as a minority language, and even in Bulgaria, Greece, Germany and the United Kingdom.
